BEACH SHOES DECORATIONS

These beach shoe decorations are very cool.
The pink beach shoes were a present from Ibiza and there are on a keyring.
The green beach shoe is from Paris. This is a good lucky charm.

BEACH SHOES

These beach shoes-flipflops belong to my cousin Esther.

She uses her beach shoes to go to the beach and to go to the swimming pool too.

Her shoes are from last year but they look new because they are very good quality shoes and they are also very beautiful.
They are made by "gioseppo" too.

BEACH SHOES

These are my beach shoes, they are also known as flip flops.

I use my beach shoes in winter to go to the swimming club and in summer to go to my swimming pool and sometimes to go to the beach.

These are made by "gioseppo".
They are very good shoes.

INTRODUCTION

Swimming

Hello, I’m Andrea, I’m thirteen years old. I’m Spanish and I live in Xeraco, Valencia, Spain. My favourite hobby is swimming. I go to a swimming club three times a week.

My favourite stroke is butterfly although I can’t do it.

I have been a member for three years now. I like swimming because it’s a good exercice for me.

Follow my blog.

CHILDREN SHOULD LEARN TO SWIM WHEN THEY ARE BABIES.

When children are born they must lose their fear of water. It is better to sign up for classes when they are babies so that they can to learn swimming with their mums.

To learn how to swim some babies use armbands so they do not drown in the water and other babies use a rubber ring.

This photograph shows a little girl swimming with the help of armbands, but she is not wearing a swimming hat which is not good for her hair or the water.

AQUATIC MITTS

Aquatic mitts also known as swim mitts are blades for swimming.

There are two thick rubber bands to hold the hands in position.

These aquatic mitts are used to have more stretch and force while you are swimming. They will also help you to swim better.

I do not use aquatic mitts - swim mitts but in the photo you can see my mother's aquatic mitts - swim mitts.

BREASTSTROKE

Breaststroke is another one of the four important stroke.

This stroke is similar to diving.

But in breaststroke the swimmer has to make a circle in the water with his legs and arms and take his head out to breathe after every movement.

In this photo there are a swimmer practicing the style breaststroke.

THE GIRL'S CHANGING ROOM

The girl’s changing room is separated in two parts. I like the first part because the second part is more congested.

In the girl’s changing room there are five showers: two hot showers and
three cold showers but this week it is the opposite.

There are three hot showers and two cold showers.

SWIMMING HAT

Swimming hats are used for swimming.

We have to use them in public pools for general hygiene and to protect our hair.

If we use a swimming hat, the swimming pool will be clean.

I use a red swimming hat made of material but I have a another swimming hat which is made of plastic, these are both in the photo.

THE FLIPPERS

Flippers are like two shoes that swimmers use to imitate the flippers of whales .

These rubber flippers help the swimmer to go more quickly.

At my swimming club we only use flippers on Friday 's, but I don’t like them because they make me tired.
